💡How Napkin works.
Collect and pitch
Collect all the topics on the board, as a group. Once all topics have been collected and tagged, each participant can do a 2-minute pitch of her or his topic.
Vote
Vote for the topics you really want to discuss further using your own device, like a smartphone.
Discuss
Use the discussion board to talk about the chosen topics in a timeboxed manner and get to a conclusion that every participant supports.
Decide
Finally you decide about the status of each topic: is it ready, or should you park the topic because it is not all clear yet? This is done via so-called 'thumbs up or 'down' function.
