Collect and pitch
First you collect all the topics as a group. Once all topics have been collected and tagged, each participant will do a 2-minute pitch of her or his topic.
Vote
Then you vote on which topics you really want to discuss together.
Discuss
Then you use the discussion board to discuss the chosen topics in a timeboxed manner.
Decide
Finally, you decide what the status of each topic is: is it ready, or should you park the topic because it is not all clear yet? This is done via so-called 'thumbs up or 'down'.
